This story follows Dylan, a young boy who is about to become a big brother for the first time. At first, Dylan feels confused and worried when he finds out that his mother is pregnant. But his mother gently explains everything happening throughout the pregnancy.

Dylan learns about the baby’s size week by week, understands why his mother has morning sickness, and discovers what cravings are. He also gets excited when he sees the ultrasound picture, and he becomes even more connected to the baby when his mother tells him the baby has started kicking.

Slowly, Dylan begins to understand what it means to be a big brother. His fears fade away as he realizes how special the journey is. When the baby is finally born, Dylan feels happy, proud, and ready to take on his new role as a big brother.
